Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact info@novinajournals.com.
Returns must be authorised prior to being sent. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Damages & Issues
Orders must be inspected upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo or video evidence to assess the issue.
Minor cosmetic imperfections (including small marks, dents, or slight packaging wear) are not considered faults and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Fingerprint Lock Disclaimer
Lockable journals are designed for personal privacy, not high-security use.
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
- The lock is a convenience feature, not a security device
- Proper setup and use is the responsibility of the customer
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Lockouts due to user error
- Incorrect setup or failure to follow instructions
- Misuse or mishandling of the product
If a genuine manufacturing fault occurs, the issue will be assessed upon contact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered.
To obtain a different item, return the original item (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery.
Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
