Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
Novina is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Novina is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Changes may only be made before dispatch.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or your household
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Orders must be inspected upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, we may request photo or video evidence.
Minor cosmetic imperfections (including small marks, dents, or slight packaging wear) are not considered faults and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
